DiLibero Injury Law is the personal injury practice of DiLibero & Associates — a family-owned Rhode Island law firm that has worked from the same office on Dorrance Street in downtown Providence for 30+ years.
Who we are.
DiLibero & Associates is a family-owned firm. That isn't a marketing line — it is who we are. When you retain our firm, you get a team that is personally invested in your outcome. We know your name. We know your case. We fight the way family fights for family: with everything we have, for as long as it takes, without giving up.
Lisa DiLibero, Esq. anchors the firm's personal injury docket. Her son Dylan C. DiLibero, Esq. is admitted in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts and serves as Rhode Island courtroom counsel when injury cases require it. The rest of the team — our senior paralegal with over seven years of personal injury experience, and two additional paralegals supporting case management — handles the day-to-day work that moves a case forward.
We are not a billboard firm. We don't advertise on the side of buses. We don't have a call center somewhere in another state. When you call our office, the phone is answered at 130 Dorrance Street in Providence — often by an attorney, often on weeknights until 10 PM.
How we're different.
- Dual-licensed. Dylan is admitted in Rhode Island and Massachusetts; Lisa is admitted in Massachusetts. Cross-border cases stay in the family — no outside referrals.
- Evening coverage. We answer weeknights until 10 PM. Injuries don't happen on a 9-to-5 schedule; neither do we.
- Home and hospital visits. If you can't travel, we travel to you. No charge.

Where we work.
Our office is on the corner of Dorrance and Westminster Streets in downtown Providence — on the same block as the historic Arcade. Parking is available at the nearby public garages. The office is a ten-minute walk from the Rhode Island Superior Court and twenty minutes from T.F. Green Airport.
