Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

DiLibero Injury Law is the personal injury practice of DiLibero & Associates (together, we, us, or the firm). This policy explains what information we collect through diliberoinjury.com, how we use it, and what choices you have. If you have questions, email ldilibero@diliberoandassociates.com or call (401) 621-9700.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us voluntarily, including when you:

  • Submit our intake or contact form (name, phone number, email, case details)
  • Call or text us (call records, voicemail, SMS contents)
  • Email us (email address, message contents, attachments)

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit the site: IP address, approximate location (city/region from IP), browser and device type, pages viewed, referrer, and timing data. We use privacy-respecting analytics that anonymize IP addresses.

How we use information

  • To evaluate your potential case and respond to your inquiry
  • To communicate with you about your case or follow up on a request
  • To improve the website and measure general traffic patterns
  • To comply with our ethical and legal obligations as a law firm

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Attorney-client privilege and confidentiality

Submitting information through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after we agree to represent you in a signed engagement letter. Until then, information you share is treated confidentially to the extent reasonably possible, but you should not send privileged or highly sensitive material through the website.

Who we share information with

We share limited information with service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you (for example, our email hosting, SMS provider, and case management software). These providers are required to keep the information confidential and use it only to provide services to us.

We will disclose information when required by law, court order, or to comply with our ethical obligations.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses a small number of cookies for functionality (for example, remembering whether you've dismissed a notification) and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to use the site.

Your choices

  • You can ask us to delete information we have collected about you by emailing ldilibero@diliberoandassociates.com.
  • You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
  • You can opt out of analytics using your browser's "Do Not Track" setting.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No website is 100% secure, so please do not submit information you believe is extremely sensitive through the contact form — call us instead.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the site.
